Location: Dundee
Salary: £11.80 - £20.18 per hour
Hours: Part time 25 hours
Pattern: 08:00am-21.00pm, will work 5/7 days a week

General Key Skills:

As a 999 Call Handler you will be:

• Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner over the phone

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Be the first contact for anyone calling 999
• Follow a set process while communicating to the caller in a clear and calm manner
• Quickly gain an understanding of the issue
• Direct the call to the appropriate emergency service contact centre
