About the role

Reporting into the UK Senior Marketing Manager, the role of Acquisition Marketing Manager is to ensure more women discover Bravissimo and become long term customers. The role holder will plan activity across all channels to maximise customer acquisition. This will predominantly be via digital media, so strong digital marketing skills are a must, but it will also include the use of printed mailers and other relevant media channels. The role holder will need to be highly commercial, deciding investment levels across media to meet our new customer targets and maximise impact. They must be comfortable building plans and working with our agencies and creative teams to deliver on them.

Key accountabilities

  • Plan and run all marketing campaigns to achieve our new customer targets.
  • To do this you will need to develop and implement digital marketing activity, aligned with our objectives, that maximises our traffic and conversion to sale.
  • Manage our digital media agencies and our digital spend.
  • Work closely with our Retail Data Agency and the Customer Retention Marketing Manager to understand the opportunity to drive new customers via printed media.
  • Use this knowledge and your excellent understanding of digital performance to define the full media mix targeting prospects, to gain as many new customers as possible.
  • Commercially evaluate and refine the activity to drive maximum results for our Bravissimo.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting of performance, recommending changes as needed.
  • Ensure our digital marketing is current and aligned for each selling season with engaging content thats right for Bravissimo and our customers.
  • Work closely with colleagues within the marketing team to supply creative assets.
  • Build and maintain our brand presence across digital channels.
  • Work closely with internal (and external) teams to ensure you are working well cross-functionally to achieve strategic objectives.

About you

  • We are looking for a commercially minded marketing professional with proven experience of planning and delivering new customer growth.
  • You will have excellent knowledge of paid digital media and the wider digital landscape
  • You will be comfortable managing agencies and working with them to improve performance
  • You will be an amazing communicator, who is able to balance creativity and passion for our brand with a keen commercial approach.
  • You will need an excellent understanding of and instinct for our brand, and a passion for inspiring and engaging our customers.
  • You will have excellent digital experience and lots of enthusiasm and energy to bring to the team.
