Are you a Brand / Product Marketing Manager with an FMCG background?

The Job:

  • Establish and maintain brand budgets
  • Create, execute, and manage marketing campaigns.
  • Innovative use of media, channels and tactics including digital and social media, reaching consumers in the right places with the right content.
  • Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative, creating tools to support the On-trade and Off-trade teams.
  • Lead the launch of new SKU’s to the market from the design stage to the final implementation.
  • Communicate across a variety of internal and external stakeholders such as colleagues from other departments, marketing agencies, events organizations etc.
  • Organize and coordinate logistics for different events, consumer and customer focused.

Ideal candidate:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a FMCG environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and be a true team player.
  • A flexible, enthusiastic, and committed attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and work within strict deadlines.

Additional information:

  • £35K (experience depending)
  • Hybrid work pattern – 3 days in the Bedfordshire based office.
