We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated individual to join our EMEA Sales Team, in our London Office.

The Business Development Manager is a key role within the regional Go-To-Market Team. The role is responsible for developing and closing new business opportunities, by utilising proven track record within complex enterprise software sales. As a Business Development Manager, you will be expected to generate business leads and opportunities alongside demonstrating software capabilities to key client stakeholders as part of the sales process.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Identify target accounts in key verticals.
  • Attain and exceed, wherever possible, assigned sales and pipeline quota.
  • Develop deep knowledge of Camms’ software solution offerings.
  • Facilitate knowledgeable discussions with prospects to identify, qualify and close sales opportunities.
  • Present Camms’ solutions to prospective customers with Pre-Sales support;
  • Manage sales campaigns to closure.
  • Manage and coordinate the smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales activities;
  • Generate proposals for the implementation of Camms’ solutions.
  • Provide feedback to the business in terms of competitor activity, product positioning and price movement in the market.

  • Be a self-starter who can work autonomously.
  • Possess clear and polished written communication skills.
  • Have excellent speaking/ listening skills and ability to engage prospects over the phone.
  • Be resilient with a fearless attitude.
  • Have 3+ years’ experience in a B2B business development role.
