Job Title: Call Center Representative Location: Southampton, UK
We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in Southampton. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional customer service over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
- Providing customers with product and service information
- Processing customer orders, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintaining customer records and updating account information
- Following call center scripts when handling different topics
- Meeting or exceeding call center metrics, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality standards
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using computers and common software applications
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
