Abjak, Liverpool's premier Cloud Kitchen group, is excited to announce that we are seeking two talented and passionate Chefs to join our growing team at our Liverpool and New Brighton locations. Since opening our first kitchen in New Brighton last October, our authentic recipes and exceptional service have led to rapid expansion. With our recent successful launch in Liverpool, we're eager to add two dedicated chefs to help us continue delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
While a background in Indian and other multi-cuisine is preferred, it is not essential. We value passion for cooking and are committed to providing training and guidance from our experienced team as well as culinary education institutions to help you master the art of creating authentic dishes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic dishes, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen
- Collaborate with our experienced chefs in menu development and recipe creation
- Contribute to continuous professional development and stay up-to-date with culinary trends
- Manage inventory levels, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient kitchen operations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-years of kitchen experience, with a passion for cooking
- Familiarity with various ingredients and cooking methods (Multi-cuisine knowledge preferred, but not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities
- Solid understanding of food safety and standards

Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £20,500.00-£24,500.00 per year
