As our Recovery Claims Handler, you’ll go the extra mile for our members. You will be instrumental in handling a portfolio of non-fault accident management claims and are responsible for the recovery of the costs incurred. You ensure each claim is proactively managed whilst keeping your customer updated, maintaining expectations and provide outstanding customer service with an effortless journey until the claim is successfully finalised.
In return, we’ll go the extra mile for you, with training, support and opportunities for development.

Our commitments:
Salary: £24,000
Hours of work: Weekly rotation of 8am – 4.30pm or 9.30am – 6pm, Monday to Friday.
You will be gathering evidence to support our liability decision and compose documentation, so we can pursue reimbursement of losses from the negligent parties’ insurers. You will also be required to prepare files for legal proceedings to be issued by our appointed panel of solicitors or self- litigating portal.
