Customer Service Advisor

Sheffield - Hybrid

Three days in the office, two working from home

8:30am to 5pm

£20,319

Duties
  • Work in a varied and fast-paced environment to deliver prompt, accurate responses to all customer enquiries to enhance the customer journey.
  • Dealing with incoming calls in an effective manner
  • Diary Management and logistical coordination of clinical appointments to achieve service level agreements and to support the clinical service delivery across the organisation footprint and network of third-party providers.
  • Managing Health surveillance recall programmes.
  • Maintaining and updating personal sensitive information - in line with current GDPR
  • Work to the agreed Policies and Procedures for Health Surveillance & Customer service.
  • Dispatch occupational health reports
  • Act as the initial point of escalation for all stakeholders across multiple locations. Escalate service level issues to Line Managers when appropriate
  • Work individually and collaboratively with all clients to ensure that all aspects of the contracts operational commitments are met
  • Assist with induction and training of new employees
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required
