Job Specifics

You will play a key role at Slater and Gordon and will be our customer’s first point of contact within the business, answering calls via a dialler system and will be based in our Liverpool call centre.

This is a fast-paced call centre role and we are looking for candidates that can provide excellent customer service over the phone

We offer fantastic, in-house training that will require your full attendance throughout the first 3 weeks which will be Monday - Friday 09:00 - 5.30pm

You will then be required to work 5 days, shift pattern rotational between Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, for example 8am – 4.30pm. 9am – 5.30pm, 10am – 6.30pm, 11.30am -8pm

Responsibilities Include:


  • Working on a dialler system to manage inbound and outbound customer enquiries

  • Working in a fast-paced call centre environment, giving our customers the best experience possible

  • Understanding the needs of clients, empathising, and always providing a high level of client care.

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns, receiving new enquiries

  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.


About You:


  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, great attention to detail

  • Call centre experience

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service

  • A positive can-do attitude

  • Able to work at our Liverpool call centre on a full time basis
