Customer Support Coordinator
Permanent role- Coventry

Responsibilities and duties:

• Primary contact for customers, providing premium customer service on all order related matters whilst providing the best possible experience.

• Liaise with supply chain to track and monitor customer orders from initial stages to final product delivery.

• Proactive management of problem causes and countermeasure methodology both internally and externally to ensure the customer experience is achieved from on-time delivery.

• Focus on targets for on time delivery performance by managing backlog.

• Develop relationships and communications between different departments and participate in virtual or live meetings with stakeholders when required

• Respond to all customer enquiries in a professional manner and use your own initiative and problem solving skills to overcome delivery or invoice challenges.

• Ensure all computer and paper records are up to date and held in their respective databases
