Equans is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Manchester M8 on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary bonus and benefits package.
Main Purpose
To ensure all complaints and issues are dealt with proficiently and with an acceptable timescale. To understand, implement and adhere to the company policy and strategy.
What will you deliver?
Manage complaints ensuring efficient, courteous, and professional approach is always maintained
Support the branch in delivering a High-level service
Ensure correct internal and external distribution of correspondence
Ensure timescales and KPI’s are met when dealing with complaints and enquiries
Build confidence with the client
Produce weekly & monthly reports for Clients / branch
Produce monthly reports for Directors
Meet with Management team to go through formal complaints and ensure they are closed off properly
Have good Client relationships
Liaise with Out of Hours team ensuring all information is current and up to date
Process tenant claims for damage

Who are we looking for?
Supervisory experience preferable
Customer Service experience preferably in a social housing
High level of interpersonal skills
Computer literate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience of planning, organising and prioritising workload.
