Role details
We are looking for new talent to fill our customer service representative roles in permanent, full-time contracts in our call centre in Glasgow. We have all vacancies for customer service advisors, call centre agents, customer service representatives, or people who have worked in a client-facing role, such as banking. Some of our shifts feature answering live chats as well as taking inbound and outbound calls.
In this role you will handle customers within one of the following business streams:
You will receive full paid training on our systems, products, and call handling.
