Contact Centre Customer Service Advisor
Location: Dundee
Salary: £12.31 per hour
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours
Pattern: Monday - Sunday, 07.00am - 21.00pm. You'll work 5 from 7 days
Contract: Temp Ongoing
Potential to become Hybrid after 15 weeks of training, 3 days in office and 2 days at home.
Start Date: 9th May

Training will be 3 weeks.

First point of contact for customers be that when they contact you or when you reach out to them. This could be through various channels including voice, chat, digital channels etc.

Solving customers issues quickly and efficiently, keeping your customer in the know with live updates and keeping your promises.

This is a multiskilled role where you will support our customers who need help with an order, a billing issue, a fault across multiple products ranging from traditional pstn and broadband products, mobile or future products.

You will have full ownership of your customers journey processes, diagnostics and validate customers, then work through your customers issue following those processes to ensure that you're taking the correct action and in a timely manner.
