Hales Group are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Diss, Norfolk, for Maternity Cover in a Customer Service Administrator role.

Hours
Monday 8.00 to 17.00
Tuesday 8.00 to 17.00
Wednesday 9.00 to 17.00
Thursday 9.00 to 17.00
Friday 9.00 to 15.00
Role Purpose
To provide quality customer service to their Nationwide customer base ensuring delivery of their products in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate courteously with customers by telephone and email.
- Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards.
- Provide help and advice to customers placing orders or requesting information about our products.
- Handle customer complaints; professionally and calmly.
- Process returns and issue credits.
- Ensure general administration is managed efficiently so the business and each department runs smoothly.
- Download and process Ecommerce orders when required.
- Work with the Regional Sales team to deal with enquiries and queries.
- Liaise with 3PL providers and Courier Services for onward shipment of orders.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications Required
- Excellent IT skills – Sage X3, Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
- Able to work without direct supervision.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt and successfully multitask.
- Friendly, enthusiastic and a good team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Efficient, accurate, with good attention to detail.
