Our client, a highly acquisitive multisite manufacturing business are on an impressive growth trajectory and so this opportunity has been created for a Data Analyst. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and develop complex reporting solutions using SQL, Microsoft Azure, and Power BI.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and maintaining SQL databases, queries, and stored procedures to support reporting needs. You'll create visually appealing reports using Power BI, incorporating advanced analytical techniques to help make informed business decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will need to work closely with business users to understand their reporting needs and translate them into actionable reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data integrity and accuracy.
The successful candidate will be someone who continuously improves the reporting infrastructure by identifying opportunities for automation and optimisation. You'll also need to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
