Project Manager / Delivery Lead - Digital Projects - Fully Remote - Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Lead to join our client for an inital 6 month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing a variety of digital projects and will be able to facilitate and drive the team forward through planning, discovery, and delivery phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the digital delivery team in planning and execution of projects, ensuring the team meets project objectives and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Work closely with product owners to define project requirements, scope, and priorities.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Implement and manage agile best practices, and continuously improve delivery processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing digital projects, preferably in an agency or consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with SAFe is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering digital projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and testers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
