Our client is looking for a Director of Revenue to be based at their hotel in North Yorkshire.As Director of Revenue you will develop a pricing and distribution strategy to manage and maximise all revenue streams. Reporting direct to the General Manager, this role is to be based within the revenue office.

As Director of Revenue you will continuously review and implement standards of practice and processes whilst providing leadership and direction to the Sales Team. With an established team of ten including two Managers reporting directly to you, you will ensure they have the support and direction needed to maximise all sales opportunity's. You will review hotel performance with the General Manager and other senior team leaders, create outputs which drive performance, short, medium and long term etc.Experience of Opera, Ideas, SmartSpace etc would be an advantage.

The Director of Revenue will currently be in a similar position as a Director of Revenue, Revenue Director, or a Regional / Cluster Revenue Manager managing a large hotel or a portfolio of hotels etc. You will be commercially minded with the ability to develop strategic processes have great man management, communication, numerical and analytical skills.
