About the Role
The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) PLS DACHIT-UKI is a senior management position responsible for leading and managing the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities of the Parcel Lockers business solution for the region DACHIT-UKI. This role reports directly to the FP&A Director DACHIT-UKI and works closely with other senior executives to provide financial insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.

What you will be doing:
Developing and implementing PLS financial planning and analysis processes that provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to the PLS senior management team.
Leading the PLS annual budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to develop realistic financial targets and providing regular updates to the PLS senior management team.
Analyzing PLS financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights into trends, risks, and opportunities.
Developing and presenting PLS financial reports and presentations to the PLS senior management team. Participate to monthly PLS operating review.
Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Managing and mentoring the PLS FP&A team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to develop their skills and expertise.
Identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.
Ability to work independently where required & act as the finance expert on all initiatives in your area. You will be required to present analysis, provide insight and make recommendations for future strategies
Partner with business unit leaders in relation to the ongoing development of their financial knowledge and preparation of monthly financial outlooks
Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams
What you bring to be successful:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
Preferably in a leadership position, in an international environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
A deep understanding of financial modeling and forecasting techniques, as well as knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements, is also required.
Experience is supply chain or carriers business is a plus.
