We're looking for a Director, Revenue Operations, EMEA, to serve as the strategic business partner to executive leadership in our EMEA region. In this role, you'll leverage strategic and execution skills to drive revenue objectives and optimise Procore's customer motions and processes.

As Director, Revenue Operations, EMEA, you'll improve our EMEA Revenue team's scalability, agility, and efficiency. You'll help drive the cadences and action plans in alignment with the Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership and GTM teams. This position reports to the VP, Revenue Operations, and will be based out of London or Dublin. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you'll do:

  • Lead a small and agile regional Revenue Operations team that supports the operating cadences, scale, and growth of our EMEA sales motion
  • Indirectly manage and influence regional resources across the Revenue Lifecycle to grow the business
  • Drive a deep understanding of the Region, Industry, our operating plan, revenue drivers, and target markets of all customer motions and support the development of the overall Revenue plan, strategy, territory management, sales operations, hiring, onboarding and productivity for the region
  • Partner with EMEA leadership, serving as the primary point of contact for the Global Revenue Operations organisation
  • Together with your team, own (and consistently improve!) Operating Cadences, including forecasting, pipeline interlocks, and QBRs
  • Objectively analyse the performance gaps of the business to drive and communicate action plans
  • Build a strong internal network of experts and resources to help drive effective change
  • Work closely with key regional stakeholders, such as HR, Marketing, Product, and Revenue teams, to solve challenges and accelerate growth
  • Provide proactive feedback between the field and team to communicate issues, trends, and friction points and drive action
  • Elevate process priorities that impact Revenue teams, keeping Ops teams focused and executing on our highest priority initiatives

What we're looking for:

  • BS degree is preferred; MBA or a similar advanced degree is a plus
  • 8+ years in a Revenue Operations role
  • Demonstrated success in building and/or leading an Operations team at scale
  • Experience working at a large-scale technology company is required; enterprise software is preferred
  • Dedicated people manager with demonstrated leadership in delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional teams
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without authority
  • Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships with Procorians at various levels and across different organisational roles (experience in matrix-style organisations is a bonus)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to large groups and leverage storytelling to align multiple parts of the business
  • Proven track record of establishing and managing operations with an emphasis on maintaining operating rhythms, dashboards, and other tools necessary to measure, evaluate, and improve business processes and performance
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, and craft high-quality executive presentations
  • Experience in reengineering, organisational design, and process improvement; lean startup or design thinking is a plus
