Job Description

SUMMARY

The E-Commerce Analyst / Administrator will be responsible for managing the Huco product catalogue on the e-shop to help optimise customer experience on the site.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with US based e-commerce team on product content, technical data and images, and contribute to continuous site performance improvement.
  • Maintain online product pricing ensuring price changes are implemented accurately and on time
  • Collaborate with e-commerce manager on all aspects of the e-shop including sales and marketing campaigns
  • Build, test and deploy new campaigns
  • Regular sanity checking of the catalogue, correcting any misplaced data or images
  • Manage any issues arising on the e-shop and company website, raise tickets with relevant tech team until resolved.

  • Able to grow as the job develops and expands (we are expecting to quadruple e-commerce sales over the next 3 years.)

  • Good interpersonal skills, able to work well with people across different cultures

Education and Experience Requirements

Essential Criteria

  • Likely to be degree qualified in a science or engineering discipline
  • Good background understanding of e-commerce
