Job Description
SUMMARY
The E-Commerce Analyst / Administrator will be responsible for managing the Huco product catalogue on the e-shop to help optimise customer experience on the site.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with US based e-commerce team on product content, technical data and images, and contribute to continuous site performance improvement.
- Maintain online product pricing ensuring price changes are implemented accurately and on time
- Collaborate with e-commerce manager on all aspects of the e-shop including sales and marketing campaigns
- Build, test and deploy new campaigns
- Regular sanity checking of the catalogue, correcting any misplaced data or images
- Manage any issues arising on the e-shop and company website, raise tickets with relevant tech team until resolved.

Education and Experience Requirements
Essential Criteria
- Likely to be degree qualified in a science or engineering discipline
- Good background understanding of e-commerce
