The Facilities Apprenticeship Programme at Motability Operations is an exciting opportunity to take your first steps into a rewarding career at a high performing organisation.
For the duration of the 16-month programme we will support you in combining work and education - you will have an opportunity to gain a Facilities Management qualification while also being an important and highly valued member of a well-established and respected team. You will have the opportunity to build your knowledge of Facilities Management by working alongside experienced individuals in exciting and rewarding tasks and projects.
This opportunity will provide you with a route into a rewarding career within a successful organisation. You'll have a chance to learn from experts in their field, develop and grow, while working in a collaborative and innovative environment. You will complete a comprehensive training programme with a chosen provider and will be guided on every step of your apprenticeship journey.
There are 17 members of the Facilities team at Motability Operations with a range of skills and experiences – from working with cleaning, security and catering to fabric, mechanical and electrical maintenance to environment, health and safety.

As much of the Facilities Management role is focused on buildings and their operation, you should have an interest in learning about the built environment and how people use it – even if you have no qualifications or experience in this field.
