This is a new and exciting role to bring a financial perspective into the People (HR) team and lead on data integrity, forward thinking data reporting, and proactive financial workforce planning. This role is the bridge between our central and business portfolio finance teams and HR leadership, ensuring alignment of our HR and ERP systems and building reliable reconciliations between budget and actual people-related expenditures.
The role will build the ability and resilience to offer our commercial leadership data to inform and influence their commercial and people decisions and provides our HR leaders an opportunity to upskill their abilities in Power BI and financial management.
