The client are a rapidly growing tech start-up, private equity backed providing infrastructure to the Electric Vehicle charging market across the UK.
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week based from the office in the City of London.
The Finance Assistant will be responsible for the following:
- Chasing approval of supplier invoices internally
- Preparing supplier statement reconciliations
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Preparing weekly payment listings
- Raising purchase orders where required
- Billing invoices against purchase orders
- Managing relationships with key suppliers
- Sending remittances advices on a timely basis where required
The successful Finance Assistant:
- Minimum 1 year experience working in similar role
- Xero accounting system experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Actively studying AAT/ACCA/CIMA
The successful candidate will be entitled to the competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience along with these other benefits:
