Our client, a global market leader and dynamic blue chip business, is looking to hire a credible and ambitious Finance Analyst to join its ranks. You'll be supporting the Finance Manager by providing financial analysis and business partnering support to the Operations team. Known for its highly progressive environment, the successful candidate will benefit from internal promotions/rotations every c18 months, as well as hybrid working (c2 days office based).
Main duties include:
- Delivering the forecast, budget and 3 year plan for the cost base
- Supporting the harmonisation of activities and processes to ensure a consistent function led approach
- Providing business partnering to key Operations stakeholders
- Contributing data and insight to the Operations KPI and reporting packs
- Providing finance support in business cases
- Supporting ad hoc projects
Key skills & experience required:
- ACCA/CIMA Studier
- A self-starter with strong problem solving skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
- Good analysis and presentational skills
- Ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, communication and influencing skills (both written and oral)
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, multi-channel consumer environment
