Our client, a well-known consumer facing organisation with a strong and ever-expanding customer base, is looking to hire a credible and commercially astute FP&A Manager to join its talented team. The set-up is predominantly remote so the employer is flexible on where this individual is based, providing you can get in-person meetings once every few weeks, usually around the Northern Home Counties.
Main duties include:
- Business partner with operations teams to provide analytical support to improve business efficiencies and profitability
- Work closely with the CFO, painting a picture of performance
- Preparing month end board packs and regular KPI reporting
- Annual budgeting and regular forecasting process
- Participating in ad hoc projects to support business needs
- Support Group FP&A Director with corporate and M&A activity
Key skills & experience required:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Demonstrable analytical and report development abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders and peers
- Ability to analyse large amounts of data quickly and accurately
- Proven ability to logically problem-solve
- PowerBI would be highly advantageous
