Our client, a hugely profitable organisation with an impressive global footprint and reputation for providing employees with a fantastic flexible culture and work/life balance, is looking to hire a bright and astute FP&A Analyst in this newly created role. This is an ideal role for a recently qualified ACA looking to make their first move into industry, in a forward looking and business partnering capacity.

Sitting in the Group Finance Function, this varied role will support the team in forecasting, budgeting, producing the group business plan, management reporting, CAPEX and OPEX reporting and supporting business development initiatives.

Main duties include:

• Providing modelling support for provision accounting
• Providing support and assistance to the wider group finance team during the monthly and quarterly reporting cycle
• Supporting the cost reporting process and ensuring budgets are challenged and variances explained
• Ensuring that department heads understand cost performance against target
• Supporting the FP&A Manager in all aspects of the budgeting and re-forecasting process and challenge stakeholders as appropriate
• Assisting with the maintenance of control documentation

Key skills and experience required:

• ACA/ACCA Qualified
• Audit experience gleaned in a reputable firm
