Verve People are a leading Hospitality Agency, specialising in providing trained and professional staff to some of the most exciting, popular venues and events across the UK. Due to high demand in the industry, we are looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Chester, in our newly located central office.

Previous experience in recruitment is a bonus, but not essential – however a keen interest in hospitality and working with people is paramount as we look after a portfolio of educational institutions, hotels, renowned stadiums, live events and much more!

What will I be doing?

The ideal candidate would be a real people person with a natural flair for projecting confidence and have an in-depth knowledge of the sector.

The successful candidates’ duties will include:

• Co-ordinate operations to ensure smooth delivery of staffing solutions for our clients
• Liaise regularly with our clients to maintain positive and productive work relationships
• Recruit, train and motivate individuals to provide professional Verve employees for client bookings
• Report to key stakeholders and take ownership of the role
• Analyse and implement client feedback

The ideal candidate skill set will include but not be limited to:

• Have a flexible and adaptable approach to business
• Organised and able to multitask
• Competent with technology and CRM systems
• Willingness to learn
• Socially confident with the ability to inspire confidence
• Up to date with current market trends and cultures
• Able to quickly establish close working relationships
• Hospitality experience is a must

Salary: From £25,000.00 per year

• Hospitality: 3 years (preferred)
