Do you have experience working within HR and are looking for your next role? Do you deliver HR and recruitment administrative tasks including HR data management, supporting line managers with staffing, recruitment administration and coordination, onboarding, induction, producing corporate and internal HR reports as well as overseeing HR compliance?

If so, this is a great opportunity for a HR professional to join our engineering client on a permanent basis as a HR and Recruitment Coordinator.

Key duties will include:
Manage administration of the HR inbox and administration of various areas such as employee’s enquiries, HR reports, engagement, staffing and other HR areas.
Manage the list of staff and other HR related documentation including HR related documents/spreadsheets and assist with any internal or external audit if required.
Ensuring all contractual employment documents relating to HR are complaint and up to date.
To assist line managers handling employment relations issues such as grievances, disciplinaries and employee welfare.
Conduct inductions; exit interviews and other necessary meetings.
Draft and issue all HR-related letters to ensure compliance and employment legislation requirements.
To assist with Mental Health support initiatives within the business. Initiate and continuously progress Wellness Action Plans.
Assist line managers with talent management exercise/succession planning.
Administer the employee benefits of the company and liaise with external providers/finance team.
Manage recruitment inbox in the absence of Recruitment Manager. Assist line manager with all stages of the recruitment cycle when required.
Oversee the induction process with the support of the HR team.
Proactively manage absences and produce absence reports.
We are looking for a candidate with strong HR administrative skills and coordination skills. You must be computer literate and a confident communicator. You will need to be able to work to solve problems and be able to engage with the wider business.
