Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Systems & Inventory Management Specialist, based in Aberdeen.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ERP support to the business on SAP MM/RLM modules, analysing and solving issues.
- Master Data monitoring & cleansing
- Key participant in governance committee & UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for MM/RLM modules
- Training of users on system processes linking to business processes
- Develop and promote new ways of working to improve performance within the team & business.
- Perform physical inventory counts at Operations/Subsea controls vendor sites as per inventory strategy, reconcile & resolve discrepancies and ensure appropriate authorisations are obtained and documentation closed out in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular comparison of TPV inventory reports with Company SAP data and follow up on anomalies.
- Analyse Company SAP data to identify and manage surplus material. Work with stakeholders both internal & external to regularly review inventory & progress disposition.
- Create requisitions for all DSV material requirements.
- Co-ordinate of materials for DSV campaigns, communicating with the DSV team, key contractor, transport & suppliers
- Timely SAP movements for manifesting/ HMRC compliance
Experience & Qualifications:
- Excellent working knowledge of SAP MM/RLM end to end solution and integration to PM is essential.
- Experience in inventory & materials management (preferably in oil & gas industry in an operations environment)
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge and experience (specifically MS Excel)
- Team Player with excellent communication skills, ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders both internal & external.
- Ability to manage own workload, and where required assist within other areas in the Materials Team
