Require for a calm and professional manner in kitchen environment

Duties include:

• arranging dish presentation
• assembling ingredients for dishes to be cooked
• ensure orders out efficiently and orderly
• can work in a fast paced environment
• cleaning, stock rotation
• tidy up kitchen (kitchen cleaning)
• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and restaurant equipment
• help with food preparation
• washing up dishes.

Opening hours is 12-9pm. After cleaning, would normally finish at 10pm approx.

Based in edinburgh city centre so public transport is available.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-35 per week

Salary: £10.30-£12.00 per hour
