We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team and support our students' academic and personal development. As an Independent Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to students, promoting independent learning and helping them to develop the skills and confidence necessary to succeed in their academic pursuits.
While experience in a similar role is beneficial, it is not a requirement for this position. Our school is dedicated to providing our staff with the training and resources necessary to help them succeed in their roles, and we are committed to the professional development of our team.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in education, psychology, or a related field, and a passion for working with young people. Excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others, are essential for success in this role.
As an Independent Learning Coordinator, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to promote independent learning, working closely with teaching staff to identify and support students who may be struggling academically, and providing guidance and support to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
