We have a lovely opportunity for a self-motivated Marketing Assistant to join our high performing team.

With a genuine interest in marketing, a relevant qualification or some real Marketing experience – maybe an internship or similar - you’ll be supporting the Group Marketing department with a wide range of tasks, providing day to day Marketing and admin support for our collection of 10 luxury retirement villages across the UK.

Day to day

• Maintain and post to our social media channels
• Proactively maintain our social media channels
• Support the creation of offline and digital marketing campaigns
• Add and update property listings to our website
• Oversee and manage the ongoing updates to our digital portals, adding new property listings and updating existing listings analysing copy, using best imagery and video
• Monitor our internal database activity
• Support our Digital Marketing Executive to build social media campaigns and analyse the results
• Monitor transcript and make changes where necessary to our website Live Chat
• Raise POs
• Audit the website and all online portals to check for accuracy and quality of content
• Support the marketing team with event organisation, video productions and award submissions
• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical info, creative content and performance updates.
• Support in gathering performance data
• Oversee creation of CGI content
• Prepare property brochure content and particulars
• Support in ordering new collateral such as event kit, brochures and stationery.
