The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience as a Behaviour Mentor, and a degree in education, psychology, or a related field. Excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others, are essential for success in this role.
As a Behaviour Mentor, your responsibilities will include supporting students who may be experiencing challenging behaviour, working closely with teaching staff to identify and address behavioural concerns, and implementing strategies to promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
