Job Summary: We're seeking a Multiskilled Shift Engineer with proven electro-mechanical maintenance experience in a warehouse setting. The successful candidate will report to the Site Manager/Supervisor, be safety-conscious, and available for emergency cover. Some European travel for training may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, calibrate machines, and test systems
• Ensure daily maintenance of MHE, utilizing CMMS to achieve over 90% utilization
• Continuously improve equipment and be health and safety conscious
• Work against timeframes to complete repairs
• Communicate repair progress to on-site management and resolve their concerns
• Own and resolve issues with current installed products
• Interpret electrical circuit diagrams and work with 415V motor controls
• Carry out risk assessments and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:

• Strong electrical fault fining and repair skills (level 3 minimum)
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read assembly drawings
• Ability to use hand tools and assemble parts onto equipment
• Attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills
• Excellent customer service skills for both internal and external customers
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing requirements
• Strong communication skills and ability to present KPI-based monthly review to stakeholders
