Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, The night time receptionist will help make sure that all areas of the business are maintained to company standard including cleanliness & reception. The night shift receptionist will provide excellent customer service in line with company standards, manage guest feedback in a timely manner and report directly to the accommodation manager.
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are always followed maintaining the safety of our team and our guests. The role will include but is not limited to, Reception work, check ins & check out, housekeeping. ( Flexible working patterns are available )
The Night shift receptonist will be involved with the day-to-day operations and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable stay.
The job holder will report to the accommodation manager. The job holder is expected to always operate in a professional manner maintaining a high-quality standard of work, and to always work in accordance with aims, values and ethos of Destiny Student Limited.

Part-time hours: 20-37 per week
