As the Manager of our Online Customer Service, you'll be in charge of a dynamic project from day one. To put it simply, the purpose of your role is to develop a project that will bring the best service to your customers, while empowering and developing your team. What's involved? Additional Information:
The role will be office based with some in-store work required, all locations are equipped with full Covid-19 safety regulations and precautions in place. The safety of our teammates and customers is our main priority during these times.
This role woll be based at our amazing flagship Decathlon UK Campus in Surrey Quays and our opening times are Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Saturdays 9am-6pm and Sundays 10am-7pm
. Our customer loyalty team operates on different shift rotations to strike a healthy work-life balance.
