This medical education start-up are looking for an Operations Manager to come in to not only assist their CEO with his day-to-day, but play an integral part in running the business and making sure that all projects and running to plan – this could be managing delivery of content, organising events or website changes – each day will be varied.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing projects and ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to
  • Liaising with the team on a daily basis
  • Delivering regular updates to the leadership team
  • Tracking project financials
  • Fostering and developing strong relationships with clients
  • Keeping up with best practices within the industry
  • Collaborating with the CEO and the wider team to create new strategies

We would like from you

  • A Business / Marketing degree or similar
  • 1-2 years of project management within an agency environment or similar
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Impressive organisational skills
  • Top-notch communication skills
  • An understanding of financial management
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Fluent English speaker
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and an enthusiasm to learn new things and push boundaries
