We are looking for Packing Station leaders on a temp to perm basis for architectural company based in the Yatton area.

Your main job purpose would be to pack profiled from extrusion over stillages into correct customer requirements

Your main duties are as follows:

  • Remove any defect material
  • Follow die drawings and packing specifications
  • Check the test has been completed before packing
  • Ensuring correct length for orders
  • Report finished packs and print labels
  • Report scrap against correct stillage

You will always need to check your working environment Is always clean and hazard free and assist team members when needed

You will need to comply against all health and safety instructions at all times

Working hours:

Days: 6:30am-6:30pm

WEEKENDS OFF

Pay rate:

£12.58 an hour – includes a shift allowance and attendance bonus

  • £10.50 basic, with shift allowance £12.08 plus £0.50p attendance bonus = £12.58 per hour

Annual salary of: £26,156.00 per year including shift and attendance bonus

We are looking for Production operatives on a permanent basis for our architectural company based in the Yatton area.

Your role would be to work closely with colleagues in various stages of the production.

Your main duties are as follows:

  • To maintain a production flow rate of material to maximize extrusion output with minimum scrap and reduce production downtime.
  • To correctly cut to length all material including all quality checks and maintain records including profile actual weight per meter.
  • The Sawyer must record all data throughout the shift.
  • Communicate with other members of the press team throughout the shift. Correct and timely information is vital.
  • Remove any profiles with extrusion defects.
  • General warehouse duties complying with health and safety regulations.
  • To complete regular quality checks and provide samples throughout the extrusion run
