CMA Recruitment Group is currently working with a successful manufacturing organisation based in Southampton, Hampshire who are looking to recruit a Payroll Specialist to join their HR department on a Full time permanent basis. This friendly and fast paced company are looking for determined and focused candidate looking to progress within the organisation and offer a supportive service towards the team and the ongoing growth of the business.

What will the role involve?

• Run monthly payroll using SAGE
• Process all P60’s and P11D in accordance with Inland Revenue requirements
• Sum up timesheets for payroll processing
• Internal pension administration
• Reporting to HR Management regarding monthly data update
• Keeping an eye on clock card records against weekly timesheets
• Assist on maintaining and monitoring on sickness absence

Suitable Candidate:

• Preferably previous experience with Sage 50
• Someone with excellent attention to detail
• Team player and have worked in a fast paced environment
