An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to the Deputy Chief Operating Officers and Deputy Chief Nurses.

As the successful post holder, you will be:
Required to manage the electronic diary schedules for the Deputy Chief Operating Officers and Deputy Chief Nurses,
Prepare agendas and papers for their meetings and take minutes.
Be required to support in producing reports and presentations.
Be an effective decision maker to ensure the varied and challenging workload is managed to the high standards required.

The following skills and experience will be required and are essential for the successful candidates:
- To provide a comprehensive range of secretarial, clerical & administrative functions.
- To keep up to date with related technology to ensure maximal efficiency is achieved and systems are both modern and streamlined.
- To produce accurate letters, minutes and reports and presentations as required.
- To act as an ambassador for the Deputy Chief Operating Officers and Nurse Director in the dealing with all verbal and electronic queries, including email.
- To manage electronic diary schedules for the Deputy Chief Operating Officers and Nurse Director, liaising with other Divisional/Corporate PA’s as required.
- To ensure robust systems are in place for efficient filing and secure storage of relevant documentation.
- To open, date stamp and prioritise the distribution of mail
- To set up & maintain a range of electronic databases to assist the Deputy Chief Operating Officers and Nurse Director in the preparation of reports.
- The post holder will regularly liaise with a range of senior personnel across the Operations Centre and at Corporate level.
