Job Details:
- Full Time or Part-time.
- 9 to 5 working hours.
- 3, 4, or 5 days (choice).
- £35,000 up to £41,800.
- Remote work and Hybrid working available.
Black Fox Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Disability Assessor to join one of the leading healthcare groups across the UK to help make a difference for those who require support to live an independent life.
The Role:
- Conduct three daily assessments to understand how people’s conditions affect their daily lives.
- Interpret clinical information i.e., Letters from consultants and GPs.
- Write detailed reports based on evidence for each assessment carried out.
Salary
£35,000 up to £38,000 with OTE of £41,800*
Salary commences at £35,000 increasing to £36,000 with additional 2 x £1000 salary increases based on succession completion of internal training taking basic salary to £38,000 plus yearly performance related bonus of 10% (paid in quarterly instalments based) yearly OTE of £41,800!

What we’re looking for:
Paramedics, Physiotherapists, Registered Nurses, and Occupational Therapists with over
1 year of experience and an active
HCPC/NMC registration or;
Speech and Language therapists, Clinical Psychologists, and Pharmacists with over
2 years of experience and an active
HCPC/GPhC registration.
