£55,000 – £70,000 + EMI share options & an excellent benefits package

Location: London office – available on a fully remote basis

Are you a skilled and innovative Product Owner looking for an exciting new challenge? Join our dynamic Product Team and work alongside a talented group of individuals in Product, Programme, Engineering, Design, Research, Analytics, and Customer Success. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading key product initiatives from ideation to launch while also managing dependencies, priorities, and roadmaps. Responsibilities

  • Join a dynamic squad of tech experts, including Android and Backend engineers, QA, UI/UX Design, Product Analyst, and Product Manager.
  • Take the lead on your squad’s products and experiences, from ideation to launch, ensuring maximum impact and success.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Manager(‘s) squad and stakeholders to define the squad’s roadmap and sprint goals, ensuring alignment with the product’s overall strategy.
  • Use data analysis, market research, and user insights to adapt the product feature subset to meet metrics objectives.
  • Working with the programme team to plan upcoming releases and facilitate sprint planning and grooming ceremonies for your squad.
  • Define detailed requirements and user stories to meet product goals in collaboration with your squad.
  • Work closely with Product Design and Product Analytics teams to ensure the smooth handoff of UI/UX and tracking requirements to engineering.
  • Facilitate technical conversations with Product Managers, Engineering, Product Support, and Customer Success.
  • Manage day-to-day product aspects related to Jira.
  • Support your squad in resolving any issues that may arise during the development cycle.

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Product role.
  • Proven track record of improving consumer-focused digital products, with preference given to those with experience in mobile apps and/or digital content. However, such experience is not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with working in cross-functional Agile Scrum teams.
  • Comfortable working in a highly technical environment and communicating with highly technical individuals. Mobile software application development experience/understanding is a plus, but not required.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to gather relevant information from the correct sources regardless of whether you are communicating with the CEO, Engineering team, Customer Success Manager, or Product Manager.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to motivate others.
  • Highly proactive and driven with a bias for taking action.
