ABOUT THE ROLE

No7 Beauty Company manages its own cosmetic & clinical product testing, to ensure our products deliver real results that our customers will love.

Reporting into the Controlled & Consumer Study Manager, you will be working with an experienced and dedicated team. The role involves

  • Planning, contracting, and performing cosmetic product studies
  • Generating scientifically robust Cosmetic product testing plans, protocols & reports
  • Analysis, assessment & transformation of numeric data to generate performance & marketing claims for use on product packaging, in-store & TV advertising and Boots.com, to support the development and launch of great new products.

We offer our Support Office team members a flexible, hybrid working approach based upon empowerment, accountability, care and trust which includes a balanced mix of remote and office-based working - this will be discussed with you as part of the application process.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE

  • Degree in relevant subjects or equivalent experience
  • Experience dealing with large quantities of data, spotting trends, displaying in graphical format, and drawing conclusions
  • Proficient use in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Building relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A passion for skincare & cosmetic products
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, other languages skills an advantage

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU ALSO HAVE

  • Previous track record of working as a Clinical Project Manager or equivalent/similar
  • Basic understanding of Statistics
  • Experience working with Contract Research Organisations & members of the public
  • An understanding of the most up to date scientifically robust Clinical Evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
