Overview

To support the Front of House Manager and the Commercial Operations team to deliver the Screwfix promotional, Trade and FOH (Front of House) and Trade + commercial plans through effective and accurate reporting and administration of supporting activity.

This is a hybrid role, where you'll be based in our Head Office in Yeovil 3 days a week, working flexibly around the core office hours of 10am-3pm.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and maintain the FOH merchandising Matrix and Master files for each campaign cycle.
  • Maintain Schematic Planograms for each campaign cycle.
  • Monitor, record and escalate risks and issues that affect product Front of House stock availability.
  • Update customer plan documents and communicate to relevant stakeholders on weekly basis.
  • Pro-actively update and maintain the promotional Events Tracker
  • Action and communicate any changes to FOH layout on a weekly basis
  • Work closely with Pricing and Ranging teams to effectively communicate change governance processes and effective reporting
  • Provide support and cover for the other co-ordinators with annual leave or where business critical deadlines require.
  • Update and maintain Display Quantities and product size data base.
  • Day to day administrative tasks as required.
  • Play an active role in team meetings and support with capture of agreed actions and minutes.
  • Review pricing adhoc requests to ensure Front of House Point of Sale not impacted.
  • Manage Senior leadership team diaries –by populating with recurring appointments and team meetings.

Required skills & experience

  • Experienced Microsoft Excel user, with strong Analytical and modelling skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong planning skills and attention to detail
  • Strong team player who uses initiative and diplomacy when liaising with internal stakeholders
  • Hard working good time keeping skills
  • Ability to multitask
