Programmatic Operational Support Lead
Glasgow

As a Barclays Programmatic Operational Support Lead, you will have an exciting chance to be accountable for the governance, controls and reporting associated with all Programmatic hires – including Graduate, Intern, Apprentice and Reskilling programmers, working in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition proposition team and the Talent and Development programmatic program management team. On a daily basis it means End-to-End management of on-programme data and forecasting of Apprentice Levy, to ensure optimization and utilization of funds.

What will you be doing?
• Managing of on-programme data in Avature tool, including maintenance and reporting to ensure that the data is accurate to meet the monthly attestation requirements
  • Managing and forecasting of Apprentice Levy to ensure utilization of the Levy funds, including the effective management of rebate funds
  • Ensuring effective management of vendors – in particular, the supplier agreements and commitment statements from Apprentice providers
  • Leading compliance to the current ESFA funding agreements and changes to Levy funding requirements
  • Auditing of the Apprentice ‘Off the Job’ Training hours – reporting and working with Programme Support Team to remediate any shortfalls
  • Acting as Designated Safeguarding officer for young apprentices, ensuring training for People Leaders and Programmatic colleagues is fit for purpose
  • Managing the programmatic escalations tracker ensuring content compliance and retention
  • Partnering with TA/TD Programmatic teams to ensure escalations are recorded, monitored, updated, and closed appropriately

• Excellent data management and data analyst skills including solid Excel skills
  • Proven experience of working in a s control and risk management environment
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Having a good attention to detail, well organized and structured with methodical approach
