Job title: Project Control (Toolset & Governance Support)

Location: Warton - We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements

Salary: £45,326 + dependent on skills and experience


What you’ll be doing:

  • Understanding current and future project control requirements (toolset, process, training)
  • Documenting processes and procedures including appropriate tailoring for agile ways of working
  • Monitoring training plans for the project control team and arranging / delivering training
  • Creating toolset / process deployment plans and enacting

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Experience in Project Management preferred 2 years +
  • Organisational / planning skills
  • Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Open mind to alternative ways of working and ability to assess best athlete for maximum performance

Desirable:

  • Experience with Project control governance will be desirable

The Project Control (Toolset & Governance Support) Team:

This is a multi-functional team that consists of 35 brilliant and vibrant people and there will be growth and opportunities to move around the team to develop and progress.

You will also be working with the FCAS Project Control Team providing toolsets training and policies and process to enable them to be effective. The team are trying to look into new ways of working and you have the opportunity to shape project control for the future.
