NINE is a trusted leader specialising in scaling senior sales and presales teams across invested cybersecurity and artificial intelligence start-up vendors globally. In line with our growth strategy, we are looking to hire a regional recruitment manager located in the London office (hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day at home) to help expand our business.

We are looking for a seasoned hunter to work with the existing team to achieve our growth ambitions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities/leads and secure meetings
• Pitch our recruitment/search and talent services
• Manage ongoing relationships, escalations, wash-ups, and wrap-ups with clients
• Have strong Sales acumen and be results-driven, taking ownership and responsibility for your clients' development
• Work closely with delivery teams to streamline effective delivery

Requirements:

• Strong new business experience (B2B)
• Solutions focussed and have the natural ability to think creatively around blockers

Salary: £70,000.00-£120,000.00 per year
