Job Description

NCC are looking for an experienced Senior Projects Manager to lead all areas of project management for major capital projects from feasibility studies to completion. This is an exciting opportunity for a project management professional to join the College to deliver on some of the most ambitious capital redevelopment projects in the further education sector. The postholder will play a pivotal role in realising the ambitions of NCC’s Property Strategy.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate substantial experience in delivering complex capital redevelopment projects, ideally with mixed-use elements incorporating education uses. They will be confident in working with senior managers, directing the work of professional teams and providing strategic progress reports to Board members. Outstanding communications and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Please note that this role is primarily based onsite at Hackney Campus with regular cross-campus travel expected.
