Quest Search and Selection is partnering with this multi-brand retail business that prides itself on working with some of the largest, premium branded & own label Fashion, Home, and Beauty retailers in the UK and internationally.

As Assistant Sourcing Manager, you will be in charge of managing the sourcing process of Group-branded clothing to deliver an elevated group-brand product strategy at the most competitive costs, on time, and in a sustainable way.

Key responsibilities:

• Initiate and participate in reviews, in-line with the Design/Sourcing Calendar
• Review designs/tech packs with the product development team
• Document required specifications, quality, and usage, ready for future analysis
• Ensuring that sourcing offices and factories are processing orders in-line with their critical path
• Collaborate with Product Developers and Product Compliance Manager to ensure quality standards are being met

Key requirements:

• Have at least 3 years experience as Sourcing Assistant Manager with Apparel or Accessories or a similar role
• Being fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin is desirable but not essential
• Basic understanding of textiles, garments, or product construction with a good sense of production routine and quality control
• Confident communication skills to work alongside other teams and external suppliers
