My client is looking for a Chartered Structural Engineer to join their award winning firm for this full time permanent role based in London. This role is paying up to £60,000 per Annam. Other benefits of this role include group personal pension scheme, private health care insurance and profit share.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Project management experience
• Preparation of proposal sketches & calculations (in relation to building materials)
• Use of design software including TEDDS
• Undertaking structural surveys, investigations and reports
• Compliance with Health & Safety and CDM regulations

Qualifications & skills including:

• Membership of the institution of structural engineers
• Knowledge of Eurocodes, codes of practice, design standards, building regulations and health & safety regulations
• Working knowledge of Autocad and other drawing packages as well as computer design software for structural analysis

Additional desirable:

• Understanding of construction laws
• Experience in London structures
• Experience in basement design
• Experience in historical buildings
• Experience of BIM implementation
• Experience with Tekla
